Vision Wide - Vertical Machining Center
DV series is designed for heavy cutting requirements. All the main casting parts are made from Meehanite level cast iron with a one-piece design. 4 box way of bed offers more support ability to ensure the best performance on loading and rigid ability during heavy cutting. All guideways are through heat treatment to meet HRC50 hardness. The sliding surface adopted Turcit through scraping to decrease friction to keep the best feeding performance.
