iNEXIV VMA-6555 is a multi-sensor measuring system with fast, fully automatic and high accuracy features utilizing the largest stage and measuring volume in the iNEXIV range. iNexiv is designed to measure 3D work pieces, it is touch probe ready and incorporates the new Nikon 10x optical zoom system and  optional Laser Auto Focus. Also it is equipped with various illumination methods(top, bottom and 8 segment ring LED illuminators) for additional accurate detection of low contrast edges. Measuring capability of 650x550x200mm(x,y,z) and MPE(maximum permissible error) from 2+6L/1000 µm makes it suitable for variety of industrial measuring, inspection and quality control applications.
