NEXIV VMZ-S6555 is High Accuracy, High Speed, High Usability measurement sytem at the micro level with 650 x 550 x 200 (X x Y x Z)mm stroke. With the possibility of six types of optical heads from standard to high magnification or wide field of view, top and bottom illumination as well as 8-segment ring illumination with 3 incident angles and addition of optional high accuracy TTL Laser AF capable of high-speed scanning at 1000 points per second it is possible to measure difficult samples with impressive accuracy starting from 1.2 + 4L / 1000 μm.
